CASH OR CHECK | Checks can be made out to and delivered to the attached address. Please note “Magnify the Lord” in the memo line, so it can be tracked accordingly.

CREDIT CARD | Gifts made with a credit card provide a detailed record of your charitable donations for tax purposes and may allow you to build “rewards” points. Keep in mind that credit card companies charge the Oratory a fee to complete the transaction. Adding 3% to your pledges paid in this manner would help offset that cost.

SECURITIES | A gift of stocks, bonds, and mutual funds can often be an advantageous form of giving.

REAL ESTATE | Gifts of real property may be eligible for an income tax deduction equal to the full market value with no tax owed on any capital gain.

PLANNED GIFTS | Planned giving is a process of carefully selecting the best method and assets for making a charitable gift. Such a gift can enable you to take full advantage of the tax laws to accomplish your financial and charitable goals. A bequest contained in your will is the most common planned gift.

LIFE INSURANCE | You may donate to the campaign by making the Oratory the owner and beneficiary of your insurance policy.

CORPORATE MATCHING GIFTS | A matching gifts program provided through your employer or board membership may allow you to increase the value of your gift. Some companies match charitable gifts of employees, retirees, or board members.
